Blue Moon Acres

In 1992, owners Jim and Kathy Lyons drew on their farming and natural foods wholesaling backgrounds to launch Blue Moon Acres as a CSA. They expanded in 2007 by purchasing a 63-acre preserved farm in Pennington, New Jersey, later building an on-site farm market for organic produce and local goods. Today, Blue Moon focuses on sustainability and soil biology to produce flavorful, nutrient-dense, and disease-resistant foods.
