Business & institutional accounts
Working with Fairgrown Farm
Wholesale supply, farm programs for your students and staff, and a pickup site of your own — all run through a partner account, ordered and managed from your own portal.
Ordered weekly, delivered on our routes — restaurants, grocery, schools, food service and hunger relief
What your organization can do
Three programs, one account. Most partners start with one and add the others as they go.
Wholesale
Buy produce from the farm
Produce, dairy, eggs and bread from our own fields and more than 37 partner farms, ordered weekly against what is being harvested and delivered on the routes we already run.
- Weekly availability with pricing, and standing orders that repeat
- Case packs, custom packs and pallets, labelled and lot-coded back to the field
- Restaurants, grocery, schools, food service, food banks and agencies
Education & community
Bring your people to the farm, or host a pickup
Field trips, nutrition and culinary workshops, and volunteer days for schools, community groups and companies — or a weekly farm share pickup hosted on your own site.
- Programs shaped around your curriculum, group or season
- Host a Community Share site and earn 10% of every member order collected there
- Demand assessment survey provided before anything is set up
Reference
Produce information and recipes
The same encyclopedia and recipe library your portal carries: what is in season, how to store it, culinary notes and growing information for the produce you buy.
- Seasonality, storage and cooking notes for every item
- Recipes built around what is being harvested
- The farms behind each item, traceable by lot
What your partner portal is for
Everything runs through the same system our farm does, so what you order is what the fields are picking.
Order against availability
The week’s harvest and pricing land in your portal, and you order from there.
Packing to your spec
Case packs, custom packs and pallets built and labelled the way you need them.
Deliveries and paperwork
Delivered on our routes or collected at the farm, with invoices and delivery documents in your portal.
School & community programs
Arrange visits, workshops and volunteer days, and keep track of them in one place.
Community Share hosting
Run your pickup site, see the members collecting there, and watch your credit build.
Produce library
The encyclopedia and recipes the farm itself works from, on every item you buy.
Getting an account
Partner accounts are set up with our team rather than self-serve, so we can price what you need properly from the start.
- 1
Get in touch
Tell us who you are and what you are looking for, by email or phone.
- 2
We price it with you
Our team confirms availability, pack sizes and pricing for what you need.
- 3
Your account goes live
You get portal access, and orders, programs and deliveries are managed there from then on.
Reach the team directly with what you need — supply, a visit to the farm, or a pickup site — and we will take it from there.

Food security work
Good food should not depend on being able to pay for it. Alongside our commercial wholesale, Fairgrown works with food banks, hunger-relief agencies and community organizations so that what we grow reaches the people who need it — through donated and below-cost produce, and through agency accounts that order and are delivered exactly the way any other customer is.
Shopping for yourself or your household?
