David and Rachel, fourth-generation farmers, funded his dream of owning a farm by starting a hardscaping and concrete business after high school. In 2013, David bought Lang Farm, a former pinnacle dairy farm. They preserved the land, moved their cattle, and relocated in 2015. To meet demand, they began selling beef and pork in June 2019, converting a former milking parlor into a farm store—a dream they now share with their growing family.
